Performance and quality indicators of synthetic water reducer:
TPEG monomer can react with unsaturated acids such as acrylic acid and maleic anhydride. The polycarboxylic water reducer has the characteristics of high cost performance, high water reducing rate, good plasticity retention and excellent durability.
High cost performance. With the same water reduction rate, it has high cost performance.
Low dosage and high water reducing rate. Water reducing agent mother liquor containing 20% solid content and dosage of 1% (cementitious material dosage) can reach 30-35%.
It has good plasticity. After 1 h concrete, the slump loss is small.
Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
Green environmental protection. Formaldehyde is not harmful to the environment during the production of water reducer, but the content of chloride and sulfate is low.
The flake is packed in 25 kg woven bag.
Storage and transportation:
This product is non-toxic and non-flammable. It can be stored in dry and ventilated places according to the general chemical transportation regulations to avoid sunshine and rain.
Product shelf life: two years.
